By commissioning me (purchasing my art services), you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions:
➤ I only accept full upfront payment via Paypal or Ko-fi. Prices are in USD.➤ Before payment you will recieve a rough sketch of your commission. Once everything is to your satisfaction, and the artwork does not requie any additional corrections, I will request the payment of the prior-agreed upon amount.➤ I requie an invoice with PayPal payment confirmation sent to my email.➤ Refunds are not allowed once I inform you that I've started working on your commission.➤ I reserve the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.➤ Commissions are digital and only for personal use, unless we agree on a separate commercial license.➤ The finished commission file will be sent to you via mail and twitter.➤ I can draw your OCs, fanarts, ships, illustrate your fanfics. I am also open to drawing gore and nsfw. Feel free to ask me about it.➤ All commissions are for personal use only, NFT usage and blockchain-related use of my art are strictly forbidden.➤ Do not use or upload my art for any AI training, datasets, or generators.➤ I may post the finished artwork and progress shots on my social media and portfolio, unless you request privacy in advance.➤ I retain the copyright to every piece of art I create.
